The most common critter to invade your attic space is the squirrel - you'll often hear noises in early morning and evening. We also commonly remove raccoons from Denver attics. Both are usually females with a nest of babies - it's important the babies are removed as well as the adult mother.

Bats are common in Colorado and often colonize attic spaces. Rats and mice love attics too. Whatever moved in, the key to our process is that we do two important things in addition to removing the animals:

• Seal every entry hole. We inspect the house and identify all entry holes the animals used to get in, and seal them shut with professional repairs.
• Repair and clean. We repair damage after the animals are out - such as chewed wires - and clean soiled insulation, removing feces and urine.
